CAN YOU FREEZE AIR FRYER COOKIES

You can freeze Air Fryer Cookies. I like to freeze any extras I have on hand to grab for a quick snack. I store my leftover cookies in a Ziploc bag, air removed (as best as I can), to maintain their freshness.

AIR FRYER COOKIE BAKING TIPS

  • Cooking times vary for air fryers depending on the model. So a quick rule of thumb, if your Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies are brown on the edges and if you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean, they’re done!
  • Make all cookies the same size and press cookies in the center with a fork so they cook evenly. I use a cookie scoop to ensure all cookies are the same size so they all cook evenly.
  • Cookies, especially peanut butter, tend to harden as they cool. So keep that in mind when trying to modify cooking times with your air fryer.
  • Don’t move your cookies off of the air fryer rack right away or your cookies will crumble. Give them 1-2 mins to cool, then transfer to a cooling rack.
