STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the salad dressing by mixing the Greek yogurt, mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, red onion, shredded cheese, and bacon bits, in a small mixing bowl, until well combined. Set aside.
- Add prewashed, precut broccoli florets to a large mixing bowl. Cut any larger florets into smaller bite-size pieces.
- Slice your grapes in half, lengthwise and add it to the broccoli.
- Add your silvered almonds with the broccoli.
- Stir everything together until combined.
- Add the salad dressing to the broccoli mix and combine all ingredients until well combined.
- Add the salad to a serving salad bowl and chill for 2-3 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!

Broccoli Florets: The best broccoli for this healthy broccoli salad is prewashed, precut broccoli. We also cut down those broccoli florets again so there aren’t any large pieces within the salad for a better texture.

While we donโt recommend using frozen broccoli for this broccoli salad recipe, you can use it! However, note that it will change the texture of the broccoli. The broccoli will be very soft.
