Sugar Free Lime Mint Mojito {with White Rum}

This sugar-free lime mint mojito {with white rum} is so refreshing. Made with fresh lime, fresh mint, club soda, spiced white rum, water, ice, and stevia it is the perfect low-calorie cocktail.

Equipment

Ingredients  

  • ¼ lime fresh, wedge
  • ¼ tsp liquid stevia
  • 8 mint fresh, leaves
  • 1 spiced white rum shot
  • ½ club soda can
  • ¼ lime sparkling water can

Garnish

  • 1 lime fresh, wedge
  • 2 mint fresh, leaves

Instructions

  • Combine liquid stevia, mint, juice from the lime wedge, and rum in a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake everything together in the shaker, once shaken add 4-6 ice cubes, cover and shake some more.
  • To a mason jar styled drinking glass add 4 ice cubes, and the liquids from the cocktail shaker.
  • Add half a can of club soda, and 1/4 of a can of lime sparkling water.
  • Garnish with lime wedge and fresh mint. Squeeze in your lime wedge and stir.

Notes

MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL
This healthy carb and low-sugar mint mojito can easily be made into a mocktail by simply omitting the rum.
