Combine liquid stevia, mint, juice from the lime wedge, and rum in a cocktail shaker.
Shake everything together in the shaker, once shaken add 4-6 ice cubes, cover and shake some more.
To a mason jar styled drinking glass add 4 ice cubes, and the liquids from the cocktail shaker.
Add half a can of club soda, and 1/4 of a can of lime sparkling water.
Garnish with lime wedge and fresh mint. Squeeze in your lime wedge and stir.
MAKE IT A MOCKTAIL
This healthy carb and low-sugar mint mojito can easily be made into a mocktail by simply omitting the rum.
