One of my absolute favourite dips is spinach dip. I love dipping veggies, bread or crackers in it, it’s the best snack! Especially, when it’s made to fit your meal plans.
I serve mine with some bread, but also enjoy it during the week as a snack with some veggies, like bell peppers, carrots, and celery.

ABOUT THIS SPINACH DIP RECIPE
The longest step in this healthy spinach dip recipe is waiting for the frozen spinach to thaw. This takes about two hours. Everything else can be prepared within roughly 5 minutes. As I prepare for motherhood, I am on a mission to find or come up with recipes I can make in a dash because timing will be everything once our little lady arrives.
I mentioned above that this dip is meal plan approved. It is high in protein, low in sugar and oh so tasty! The only thing is, is trying to avoid eating the entire batch in one sitting. Haha! I usually count 1/3 of a cup as a serving with some veggies, crackers or bread.
To be honest, it took me some time to get used to greek yogurt. I found it so plain served alone, and then it grew on me. Sometimes when having it alone with some fruit, I add some peanut butter, pure vanilla extract or honey to it. Then I top it with my favourite fruit or granola.
I hope you enjoy this spinach dip recipe!
