- 4 Chicken breast, cooked and shredded OR 1 whole cooked rotisserie chicken shredded (approximently 4 1/2 cups of chicken)

- Shred your chicken using two forks or a hand mixer, until finely shredded.
- Add your chicken and stir until well combined.
- Spray a rectangular baking dish with oil.
- Evenly layer in your dip mix using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Top with remaining cheese and parsley for garnish.
- Bake on 350 F for 20-24 mins uncovered until the cheese has browned and the dip is bubbling.
