- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, using a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, and Greek yogurt.
- Blend in your buffalo sauce, jalapeno, half of the shredded cheese, green onion, and parmesan cheese.
- Shred your chicken using two forks or a hand mixer, until finely shredded.
- Add your chicken and stir until well combined.
- Spray a rectangular baking dish with oil.
- Evenly layer in your dip mix using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Top with remaining cheese and parsley for garnish.
- Bake at 350 F for 20-24 mins uncovered until the cheese has browned and the dip is bubbling.

I add the remaining cheese on top, secure the lid, and freeze for up to 4 months to maintain freshness. To reheat, I remove the dip from the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge overnight.
