INGREDIENT NOTES
- Greek Yogurt: Plain 2% Greek yogurt is one of the main ingredients in this recipe. Its rich, creamy, and bold flavor is perfect.
- Sour Cream: Sour cream is used as well, to help offset the boldness of the Greek yogurt. 5% milk fat is what I prefer to use to help keep the dip thick and not too watery or runny.
- Dried or Fresh Dill: Often times I use dried dill for this recipe. If I have fresh on hand I of course use that. Both taste equally as good! Two tbsp of fresh will do for this recipe.
- Maple Syrup: Yes, you are reading this correctly. I love the little sweetness that the maple syrup adds to this recipe. It balances everything out.
- Mrs. Dash Seasoning: This seasoning blend is the perfect addition to up the flavor level of this dip.
- Fresh Lemon: One wedge of lemon will do the trick in adding a little tartness to this healthy dill dip.
- Sea Salt: The salt is to balance everything out between the sweetness, acidity, and boldness of the Greek yogurt.
