FAQ
Soaking sweet potatoes allows for the starches to release which will result in a fluffy center once your sweet potatoes are cooked.
Sweet potatoes do not need to be peeled before cooking, skin on is best when roasting, however, the decision is yours. The skins are perfectly fine to eat and both healthy and nutritious.
Sweet potatoes become soggy when they overcrowd the baking sheet, they arenโt tossed in enough oil, theyโre cut too thick or theyโre not roasted at a high enough temperature.
