FAQ

SHOULD SWEET POTATOES BE SOAKED BEFORE ROASTING

Soaking sweet potatoes allows for the starches to release which will result in a fluffy center once your sweet potatoes are cooked.

SHOULD I PEEL SWEET POTATO BEFORE BAKING

Sweet potatoes do not need to be peeled before cooking, skin on is best when roasting, however, the decision is yours. The skins are perfectly fine to eat and both healthy and nutritious.

WHY ARE MY SWEET POTATOES SOGGY

Sweet potatoes become soggy when they overcrowd the baking sheet, they arenโ€™t tossed in enough oil, theyโ€™re cut too thick or theyโ€™re not roasted at a high enough temperature.
