INGREDIENT NOTES
- Green Tea: you will need 6 green tea bags for this recipe. You will need to steep the tea for a minimum of 2 hours. This will enhance the flavor of the tea but also allow for the tea to cool down before mixing it with the remaining ingredients.
- Boiling Water: to steep the tea you will need boiling water.
- Filtered Water: filtered water is also added here for this pitcher beverage.
- Honey: to sweeten up this iced green tea, honey is a great way to do so to keep this recipe low in calories and sugar by sweetening this beverage naturally.

- Lemon: to balance out the strong steeped green tea and sweetness from the honey, we will be adding one large lemon, juice only.
- Lime: this lemon honey iced green tea also calls for one fresh lime, juice only. The combination of lemon and lime helps balance out all of the flavors of the tea.
- Fresh Mint: adding fresh mint to this recipe adds another level of spice. The mint totally sets the taste buds off in combination with the sweetness of the honey.
